Just curious to see if anyone might be checking this forum out in response to the impending Reddit blackout (in which r/anglicanism will be participating).

So what exactly is this blackout?

I haven’t been on Reddit in a while. Never liked /r/Anglicanism’s liberal bent.

The administration of the site (whom I've never cared for) has publicized their intention to start charging for access to their API's, which would make it prohibitively difficult for third-party (read, "ad-free") apps to access their page. r/anglicanism is one of very many groups that are shutting themselves down in protest.

I am a long-time a refugee from r/Anglicanism, since before blackouts were cool!

Seriously, this forum is a breath of fresh air from Reddit.
