"22 hours ago – North Korea says it has put missile units on stand-by to attack US targets in response to US stealth bomber flights over the Korean peninsula." And now today: North Korea has said it is entering a "state of war" with South Korea in its latest escalation of rhetoric against its southern neighbour and the US. A statement carried on state media promised "stern physical actions" against "any provocative act". North Korea has been threatening attacks almost daily, though few think it would risk a full-blown war.
