In the Catholic Church the priests are spiritual directors; in Anglicanism what happens?
Pretty much the same thing. You can approach your parish priest for spiritual direction, as I know many who have. Dioceses have offices for spiritual direction. You may appeal to them and request help if your parish priest is too busy for instance. There are also national programs and spiritual assistance ministries. It seems to be a pretty wide-spread thing, at least in the United States.
