I wanted to introduce myself as a new member here! I live in the United States on the east coast and just recently turned 40 years old. I did not grow up in a Christian home but became a Christian when I was in my mid twenties. I started out as a fundamental independent Baptist but after several years left the Baptist church and ended up in the Presbyterian church. I currently attend a Presbyterian church but I would say that I am Anglican in belief and it seems that over time I am only becoming more convinced of the Anglican position.

To those who maintain this site, Thank you so much for editing and posting the documents that are linked. I just recently printed out several and had them spiral bound. I plan to use them with my children to complement the Catechism in the BCP. The “Catechism Explained” document by Beverage looks like an excellent resource to use with children to expand on the Catechism.

Thank you @Dingle, we are all doing our best. I am glad that the commentary on the Catechism has been helpful to you. We would like to see a whole lot more of such commentaries in the future. That is the Anglican way of doing theology: a short foundational document, and many commentaries which expand on it. We have a short list of commandments, and books upon books commenting on the commandments. We have a short Lord's Prayer, and a book expounding everything that's within it. We have a short creed, and volumes expanding everything within it. Likewise we have a short Catechism, and countless books expounding everything 'packed in' within the catechism. Stay tuned (oh, and welcome here!).

    Welcome Dingle
I have followed a similar path, and it seems a common one, Baptist to reformed to Anglican.
    Must be something to it.
