Have you looked at the Inclusion and Respect Dialogue Resource yet?

I have to say I was not impressed with it. Let me give a specific example from p32.

    Nia (75)
Nia studied mathematics at university in the 1960s and worked for a computer technology
developer as a computer programmer in the 1980s. She has kept up to date with technology
since. Despite this experience, she is never asked to do anything technological in church. She
often feels that she is treated as a child by church members.

Why, I ask myself, is she never asked to do anything technological in church? Could it be that she has never volunteered to do anything technological, or anything else? In my experience this is the most likely case. Volunteers are usually in such short supply that they are more likely to be asked to do more than they would like rather than nothing at all.
