    I'm in the process of filing a disciplinary charge against Bishop Budde for violating the Constitution and Canons of the Episcopal Church, wherein marriage is defined as a lifelong union between a man and a woman.

    Wow, this is sad. It's good that this is not a regular thing, but in fact the bishop acted against the very Canons.
