I was wondering how easy, is it to plant an Anglican church? I would like to do this. But how?

    Joshua,

All of the major groupings have provisions for those seeking to plant churches. Here are those of the ACNA, the Episcopal Church, and the Anglican Province of America:

The Anglican Catholic Church has a contact page that offers to help those seeking to plant churches:

I would like to say that all conservative Anglican jurisdictions have a church-planting effort. On the other hand it must be added that it is a superbly austere effort that requires a lot of self-sacrifice. As well as all that, to plant a church you should be an ordained Anglican priest/presbyter.

I would suggest you get connected with your bishop, and through him help out those church plants which have already been started.
