Greetings to all here! I am an independent "Catholic" bishop in a Celtic jurisdiction. I am glad to be here and looking forward to getting to know all of you!
Welcome! I am always glad to meet those who identify themselves as Celtic Christian. Please tell us more about yourself and your vocation.
Thank you for welcoming me. I got interested in Celtic Christianity and the Convergence Movement about 12 years ago, and that led me to the independent catholic churches. I have a varied denominational background, having been a member of three denominations and a worshiper in a lot more -- from high church Anglican to Quaker. I am a teacher and also a published poet. I began preparation for ordained ministry with the Southern Baptists, United Methodists, and TEC, and considered the Presbyterians and Church of the Nazarene, but I didn't seem to be able to fit in anywhere -- my beliefs were too varied and cut across denominational lines. Also, I consider myself overall to be mostly moderate, although quite conservative on moral, ethical, and social issues; I don't belong with either the fundamentalist right or the fundamentalist left, if you know what I mean. So, that is a brief sketch. I'll be glad to answer any other questions.
