I've been studying Evagrius Ponticus recently and it got me wondering what Anglicans (generally) think of him? Is he taught in Anglican seminaries? What is the Anglican view of the logismoi (thoughts/disturbances), apatheia (purity of heart), and the pathe (passions)?

I'd have the same question about John Cassian. He has less baggage but presented the same ideas just rebranded.

Very unlikely. And the same goes for Cassian.
