"Reformation Anglicanism Essential Library" Mystery

Is anyone here aware as to the title of Volume 2 of the Reformation Anglicanism Essential Library?

Given that Volume 4 was released before Volume 3 has Volume 2 simply not yet been written?
I wonder why the release is out of order.

The preface for Volume 1 says that 6 volumes are planned.

 

I am as confused about this as you. Volumes 1 and 4 have been published. Why in that strange order? Its my understanding Volume 3 will be published early next year. Where's Volume 2? Who knows?

 

Thanks for posting, it's the first I'd heard of these. I've now pre-ordered Vol. 3.

 

I think I recall reading that the planned order and submission/publishing order have been out of sync.
