    It quickly became a standard reference work after publication. If you want one book on the subject this is the one to buy.

    Is this missing the "Shepherd of Hermas" or am I just missing it in the list?

    EDIT: It's probably only concerned with the inter-testamental deuterocanon, so I guess it makes sense that the "Shepherd of Hermas" is missing....

    Shepherd of Hermas would have been a New Testament book if it had made the canon. All these are Old Testament

    I borrowed this from a Lutheran pastor friend a few years ago, it is a neat "study bible" sort of resource.
