The badge represents the user proscribes to one definition of Anglican orthodoxy. The idea, presumably, is so casual observers can immediately distinguish between different types of Anglicans in their responses. I don't think it would be useful to have badges representing if members of other denominations have orthodox views according to their denominations, nor do I think the admins of this forum would be very good at defining what an orthodox member of, for example, the Lutheran faith thinks. It would not be useful because people don't come to this forum looking for orthodox Lutheran thought, and so can be expected to critically discern that someone purporting to be a Lutheran on this forum may not hold views perfectly representative of their faith.
