Thus far, the reviews of I've read of his sermon indicate that what he's saying is pretty basic - almost simplistic - as if he's been listening to Catholic Answers or some other Roman apologist, and has just had a major doctrinal break-through moment. Such moments are very exciting, and, like seminarians going through their own exciting learning moments, one has a tendency to shout out the amazing news of this great discovery well before one is adequately prepared to teach it. Believing in the "real presence" at Holy Communion means many different things, from Rome's transubstantiation to Calvin's spiritual presence and everything in between, and it's going to take a while for Chan to parse things out - if he does ever get around to interacting with any theologians of calibre.

So, although this is an exciting paradigm shift to see him undergo, he's still got a long road ahead of him for the dust to settle. Hopefully his history of big-box evangelicalism with pentecostal excesses doesn't lead him to swing wildly into the opposite uncritical extreme of Romanism.

What is the Anglican official teaching on the Real Presence? I hope he ends up in Anglicanism or Orthodoxy

The Prayerbook liturgy of Holy Communion, and Article 28 are excellent summaries of the anglican and patristic doctrine of the Sacrament

I do hope Francis Chan returns back to the roots of Christian doctrine of the Eucharist, as captured in Anglicanism

We have the Articles of Religion here on this site, scroll down to Art. 28: https://www.anglican.net/doctrines/articles-of-religion/

As for the liturgy, it's what we all hear and say and participate in, preparatory to and including and concluding the Eucharist, during the Anglican church service. The Book of Common Prayer contains this. Here is a link to the 2019 BCP which can be downloaded as a pdf file... or to zero in on the section on Communion, you can scroll down this web page to the heading, "The Holy Eucharist," and click on either "Anglican Standard Text" or "Renewed Ancient Text" (minor variations between the two) and you'll get a Word document of the Communion portion of the liturgy.

By the way, Calvin didn't teach "spiritual presence", but rather Spiritual Communion. He didn't believe that we received the Lord's body on this earth, or in any way connected with the liturgy or with the Communion Rite. In rejecting Zwingli's mere memorialism, he crafted this notion of spiritual communion where the saints partook of the Lord's Body in heaven. It's a very complicated concept, which is why the Reformed tradition more and more just inclined to the Zwinglian position over time. I don't know of a single Reformed or Calvinistic treatise with the words "spiritual presence" in its title.
