Abbreviations

    I am wondering if it is possible to have a thread somewhere for all the abbreviations we use on this forum. TEC ANCA BCP...
    I might be the only one not really familiar with all those and that's just a useless suggestion...

    That is a great idea. I too would like to know what some of the abbreviations are..

    Technically, what you requested are acronyms. Abbreviations shorten a word: i.e. "abbrev.", while acronyms condense one or more words into a set of letters, i.e. "ACNA", Anglican Church in North America.

    Sorry, I couldn't resist... I'm such a grammar nerd...

    QUESTIONS ABOUT ANGLICANISM would be the best place to start such a thread. It's a good idea, Incense!
