Does anyone know if there are any print copies available of the 1567 Psalms in metre by Archbishop Parker? Preferably with the tunes written for it by Thomas Tallis.

This isn't print, but it's printable. There are PDFs. You hit the links under "Works at CPDL", and then click on the PDF icons.

The whole Psalter translated (1567) - ChoralWiki (cpdl.org)

edit: Check the copyright on some of them; if it has their in-house copyright thing, it's sort of like the 'creative commons' on wikipedia - they ask that you put a proper copyright notice on all the copies you distribute, but, other than that, it's apparently free.

A psalter seems incomplete without a pepperer. ;)
