If you could explain, in one sentence, what the whole Bible (Genesis to Revelation) is about, what would you say?

If possible, use Scripture to support your sentence.

It is God's message to his Church where reveals His plan for the ultimate salvation, holiness, and happiness of All.

    Yes, I agree.

We lost access to the tree of life.

Genesis 3:24 After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.
The bible is about how to return to the true of life through Truth (flaming sword). Salvation is the by-product of being True.

Revelation 22:14 "Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city.

The spiritual, moral, and historical struggles of humanities' fall and the benevolence of God, despite our willful rejection of his love, to save us from ourselves.

    Genesis 3:6
When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it.

    Gospel of John Chapter 3
19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.

    2 Corinthians 5:19
In Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting the message of reconciliation to us.
As text, the Bible rescues us from the chinese whispers of an oral tradition, and ensures in many and varied ways we have an authentic witness to the deeds which God has done in opening for us the way of salvation.

That is what the Bible is about. It is of course about lots of things but that is the heart of it.
