    Hi all,

I was wondering if you could help me. I need to write an email to the Archbishop of Sydney (diocesan bishop). It is in regards to an issue that is important to the Church in Sydney and an issue I care deeply about. I was wondering, what is the appropriate way of addressing the Archbishop and the appropriate way of closing the email. I want to be as respectful as possible especially when the topic is of a sensitive nature.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for the tips,

I feel like "The Most Reverend the Lord Archbishop of X" is too over the top, but that acknowledging his title is also important. I think I will go with some variant of 'Archbishop of Sydney, Davies...',

    Thanks
