So is a question that is very wide ranging it seems from the church fathers. What happens after death?
Is there two judgements? Where do we go after the first judgement while we wait second? A single judgment after the soul sleeps? Purgatory? abraham's bosom?

There seems to be a late of debate on this. SO what do you think and what scripture/ early church father backs it up.

I am always confused on this so I would love a little enlightenment.

According to C.B. Moss, death is not the end of Life's' fitful fever'. Neither is it the 'gate of life,' (which is embarrassing,) it is the punishment of sin!

According to Beaufort Moss, Death is the separation of Body & Spirit! (ii Corinth ,V.1/4) It is the Wages of Death! Paul in I Cor, ( Tells us that Death is to last only for a time, xv. vs 23). The punishment will come to an end and the body restored .We believe in the Resurrection of the Body!
