Does any one listen to any sermons online throughout the week? I'm looking at being closer with God and looking for some good sermons or good people to listen to
    Thanks

I listen to Charlotte chapel's sermons which are put up itunes sometimes. They have very good Christ- centred, expository preaching

I confess I do not listen to sermons online. I have no doubt my beliefs have been shaped, in part, by messages I cannot even remember. However, I can actually recall only two things that I consciously took with me out of sermons, one heard only last weekend. I once heard someone say they had heard plenty of bad sermons, but had never been to a bad Eucharist. That pretty much sums it up.

I've been to bad Eucharists, that happens when either the people or the priest (or both) are not devoted to the worship of God.

Bad maybe in the sense of seeming less edifying, but still entirely valid, as Article XXVI tells us.

Yes, I know how that feels... and it's equally important to read Scripture as it is meant to be, not like if it were a grocery list
