    Dear member--
We have recently completed a historic liturgical commentary which touches on feasts and fasts in the Anglican tradition:
    http://www.anglican.net/works/anthony-sparrow-a-rationale-upon-the-book-of-common-prayer-1684/

Just search for the "fast" keyword wherein the days of fasting are treated. You will find more than a hundred matches.

N.B.: We are considering adding a work actually entitled Feasts and Fasts of the Church of England by Robert Nelson (1700s) to our online collection, if there is demand. That may be of most help for you. GoogleBooks link: https://books.google.com/books?id=MEVWAAAAcAAJ&pg=PP9#v=onepage&q&f=false

    Blessings,
