A pilgrim (peregrinus, thus "Peregrine") is a wanderer. My story is complicated, and I don't want to burden anyone here with the intricate details. In short, I was born into a Roman Catholic family, I have been agnostic for a long time (much before this "New Atheism" cultural wave), but there was always a longing for God, a God I couldn't agree much with, and the Old Testament containing the terrible laws and actions of the ancient People of YHWH has always been unconscionable to me. I wandered through all sorts of roads, including Buddhism (I still practice meditation once in a while, which is good for health and peace of mind) as a what they call a "seeker"... Fast forward, It is my inner light that has brought me to a relationship with God, and the openness and open Christ-like-ness of the Anglican Communion which has brought me to my current spirituality. Ah... that was short and full of holes, but I like it like that. For now, at least.
